Warming suggestion: Place the risotto in a pre-heated pot or pan with a good knob of butter or olive oil. Spread the risotto out or keep stirring as it warms. Add a touch of water to help prevent sticking.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a tablespoon of butter melted through and some parmesan cheese to top.
It would sit perfectly on its own or to stretch out the meal, serve it as a side to your main meal with a fresh salad or garlicky greens.
